About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead West Fife and Kinross. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home care to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as shopping, household chores, and meal preparation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-hour visits to clients
  • Introductions to new clients and building strong professional relationships
  • Companionship lead care service and variety of non-medical services
  • Valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle
