Job Title: Part Time Specialist Clinical Psychologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of mental health care in our Community Mental Health Team in Slough and the wider Berkshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the Trust's Community Mental Health Transformation initiative aimed at bridging the gap between primary and secondary care.
* Work closely with GPs and primary care colleagues to ensure a seamless, patient-centred approach.
* Provide clinical supervision to psychological therapy trainees and qualified staff.
* Develop and lead the delivery of training programmes and supervision.
* Experience of service evaluation and implementing change from a national and local health or social care change agenda.

Requirements:

* Doctoral qualification in clinical or counselling psychology and Registered Practitioner Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC).
* Clinical supervision training for psychological therapy trainees and qualified staff.
* Significant experience working as a qualified clinical/counselling psychologist, including demonstrable post qualification experience at a highly specialist level in the related specialisms.
* Enhanced DBS check.
