Quality Document Controller Job Description

At findapprenticeships.co - Jobboard, we're seeking a skilled Quality Document Controller to support our Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineers in ensuring delivered products meet customer requirements for Quality, Cost, and On-Time Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with quality policies, plans, and procedures.
  • Undertake internal surveillance and spot audits to ensure compliant product and BMS system compliance.
  • Identify and control non-conformances from containment to preventative action.
  • Formally review and approve activities, work, or documentation in accordance with regulatory, policy, and procedural obligations.
  • Monitor performance against departmental or organisational goals and drive improvement.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of a Quality-related role.
  • Lean awareness.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, procedures, and supporting documentation.
  • Report and procedure writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce trend charts to aid Lean Activity.
Qualifications:
  • Quality-based apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
