Job Title: Ecommerce Lead

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Lead to join our team, driving the success of our online sales channels and ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Shift Production Manager to optimize Welding Production planning and ensure efficient product welding.
• Communicate daily with the Shift Production Manager to address any instruction requirements.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Welding Department on the 6-2 shift or 2-10 shifts as needed.
• Ensure all department members receive regular performance reviews, including Annual Appraisal Reviews, half-yearly reviews, and quarterly 1:1 meetings.
• Maintain the highest quality standards for all welded products.
• Develop a multi-skilled welding team, enabling them to adapt to various job tasks and meet business needs.
• Focus on Quality, Housekeeping, and Communication.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Welding/manufacturing environment on the production floor.
• Good understanding of quality systems.
• Proven ability to train and develop others to required levels.
