Law Support Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Chester-based property team. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal administration or secretarial work, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks
* Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers, and searches to facilitate the conveyancing process
* Prepare required documentation and completion packs for the accounts department
* Deal with post-exchange matters as directed by the team manager
* Be responsible for completions on the day of completion
