Job Description:

About the Role:

As a Safeguarding and Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of young people while contributing to the successful delivery of our mental health support programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on Youth Safeguarding: Act as the first responder to safeguarding concerns, and manage safeguarding caseloads to ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide expert safeguarding guidance and deliver training to the Youth Team and other relevant stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and well-being for service users.
  • Project Delivery Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of Youth Team project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while monitoring progress and identifying potential risks.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to provide expert safeguarding guidance and deliver training to the Youth Team and other relevant stakeholders.
