London - Hybrid 2/3 days Office based


As a seasoned AI Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Digital Twin platform. Your primary objective will be to enhance productivity, prioritize key projects, and foster trust with both internal and external partners. You will be responsible for expanding our internal platform into a more user-friendly, self-service tool, ensuring adherence to AI governance standards, and leveraging MLOps and LLMOps to monitor AI model performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead projects, managing budgets, resources, and ensuring they align with our strategy.
  • Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute our Digital Twin strategy, setting best practices for AI and Generative AI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with tech and business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our platform.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Oversee AI experiments to drive innovation and validate new ideas.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define program goals and support technology choices.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment and build high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • AI Leadership: Stay updated on the latest in AI, MLOps, and LLMOps to drive continuous innovation in Digital Twin technology.
