About the Role

The Senior Land Manager will play a critical part in identifying and securing land opportunities that align with Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East's growth plans. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing land through research, market analysis, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing land opportunities through extensive research and market analysis
  • Negotiating agreements to acquire suitable sites, including option agreements and conditional contracts
  • Managing due diligence processes, including surveyors' reports and environmental assessments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful site development

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A degree in a relevant field, such as land management, property, or businessProven experience in land acquisition, preferably in the residential sectorStrong analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesFamiliarity with UK property law and regulations

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £62,500 - £82,500 per annum, depending on experience.
