Linen Porter

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Linen Porter to join our team at the Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and collection of clean linen to designated areas in the hotel, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the service areas, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clean linen to designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines
• Collect soiled linen from designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines
• Maintain linen cupboards in a tidy and organized manner, ensuring they are fully stocked
• Keep service areas clean and tidy
• Wait for linen delivery at specified times
• Bring dirty linen to the linen room, classify it, and count it
• Return damaged linen and follow the required procedure
• Push and pull linen trolleys throughout the hotel
