**Job Summary**

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our post-production team in effectively managing multiple projects, collaborating with staff at all levels, and ensuring project goals are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling resources, tracking project progress, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Preparation:
  • Review project bookings and assist leads in preparing workflows in advance.
  • Setup documentation and tasks according to company best practices.
  • Communicate effectively between post-production staff and other departments.
  • Raise issues to senior staff as they arise in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling:
  • Schedule and book resources using department tools.
  • Evaluate resource needs and escalate to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in response to changing tasks and deadlines.
  • Tracking:
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Archive completed projects.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings to stay informed.
  • Development:
  • Implement quality assurance measures across post-production projects.
  • Liaise with clients and production teams regarding best practices in post-production.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to refine the post-production pipeline.
  • Contribute to the development of post-production services, processes, tools, and workflow.

**Requirements**

  • Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Pro-Tools, Reaper, Audition, and RX.
  • Understanding of dialogue editing, design, and mastering stages.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Enthusiasm for audio technology and video games.

**Experience**

  • Previous experience working with multiple files across various projects and languages.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules and resources in a post-production setting.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial audio post-production experience.
