Job Title: Technical Director

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to join our team at Build A Rocket Boy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the technical ownership, decision-making, and execution of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design technical solutions that meet business needs
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and integration
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in game development, with a strong background in technical leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong technical skills in C++ and game engine development
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
