Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Reliability to join our team in the Midlands. This role involves leading all RCM activities within an established maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Planned Maintenance activity, critiquing machine failures, and undertaking Continuous Improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all RCM activities within the maintenance department
  • Manage Planned Maintenance activity using CMMS software
  • Critique machine failures to increase plant performance
  • Undertake plant-related Continuous Improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrically or apprentice-trained
  • Proven experience in managing Planned Maintenance activity
  • Experience in critiquing machine failures
  • Experience in undertaking plant-related Continuous Improvement projects
