• This Senior Planning Manager position comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• You will provide expert advice on planning policies, applications, and appeals, conducting site appraisals, feasibility studies, and impact assessments as needed.
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders is crucial in building strong working relationships and driving project success.
• We are seeking a professional with an RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field and a proven track record of delivering high-quality planning services.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, rural, infrastructure, and heritage projects, with strong communication and project management skills.
