Job Title: Recruitment Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Recruitment Operations Assistant to join our team at Recommend Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Director in various recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and through our CRM to engage and attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage candidate communications, coordinate interviews, and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Create detailed and compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Director and team members to support recruitment projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, or an inquisitive and organized graduate looking to learn more about the commercial world.
  • A passion for engaging and investigating client and candidate requirements by phone and in person.
  • Good at picking up business systems, like candidate-tracking CRMs, Excel, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
