Host Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Host Ambassador to join our team at Escapade Silverstone. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Assist with check-in, manage reservations, and handle special requests and accommodations.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Recognise and acknowledge owners and repeat guests, providing a personalised welcome experience.
• Check-In Support: Assist with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
• Communication and Collaboration: Relay important information and guest requests to the restaurant staff.

Requirements:

• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or lifestyle brand is desirable but not required.
• A strong, yet positive guest service style.
• Organised and able to work within the team or on their own.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
