Multi Trade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Property Services. Based in Banbury, this role will involve carrying out various tasks such as construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties on properties across the Sanctuary portfolio.

As a Multi Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for attending sites, resolving issues, and ensuring customers are informed throughout the process. You will also be required to maintain a suitable van stock level and provide accurate information on work progress to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a trade role and be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject. They should also have knowledge of health and safety regulations and be able to work to deadlines. A full valid UK driving licence is essential for this position.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,387 per annum, rising to £37,249 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance. Our benefits package includes 24 days annual leave, a pension scheme with employer contributions, life assurance, and employee advice services.
