The Ecological Land Steward position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Spark-A-Change Foundation and contribute to our mission of creating a thriving restorative food economy.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ecological farming practices, including agroecology and permaculture principles. This will involve:

• Designing and implementing regenerative agriculture systems
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of our ecological farming practices
• Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement new projects and initiatives
• Providing educational workshops and training sessions on ecological farming practices

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance biodiversity, reduce waste, and promote sustainable agriculture practices. Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
