About the Role
Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Recruitment Team as an Administrative Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to support the administration and customer service aspects of the recruitment process, from advertising to contract issuing.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team, including managing own workload and prioritizing tasks
- Respond proactively to service needs and meet tight deadlines
- Deal with difficult customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, and contract issuing
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent level of knowledge gained through relevant experience
- Capable administrator with experience of managing own workload and responding to service needs
- Experience of dealing with difficult customers and providing excellent customer service
