Salary: The hourly rate for this position is £27-£32 per hour, dependent on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced floristry lecturer to deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Floristry (level 2 and 3).

The successful candidate will monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.

Collaboration with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements is also a key aspect of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A HNC in Floristry or above and relevant industry or education experience.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.
  • A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential - Experience will also be considered.
