Job Title: Community Carer

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Carer to join our team in South Queensferry. As a Community Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and domestic support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with medication management and administration
* Support clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Engage in conversation and provide emotional support to clients
* Maintain accurate records of client care and support

Requirements:
* A driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential
* Ability to commit to a rota and shift patterns
* Experience in care preferred but not essential as full training available
