About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Implementation Lead to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Physical Security team, you will be responsible for driving tactical physical security systems, means, and equipment implementation projects and programs across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project execution by providing guidance to external vendors and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure physical security and regulatory compliance of all programs being built.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics using Excel to improve cost effectiveness.
A Day in the Life

As a Physical Security Implementation Lead, you will work closely with multiple teams, including Security and Loss Prevention, to implement end-to-end physical security solutions that meet Amazon's standards and regulations. You will be responsible for managing external project managers and commissioning engineers to drive project deliverables and ensuring that all projects comply with physical security and regulatory standards.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the security field, particularly in the means and equipment security domain.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Upper intermediate proficiency in a second European language.
  • Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
What We Offer
