Role DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the market and the ability to take on an existing varied caseload of litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate matters, commercial contracts and business disputes, partnership disputes, debt claims, boundary disputes, and professional negligence claims.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters
- Active involvement in business development
- Experience in running your own Civil Litigation caseload
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
