Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Consultant to join our prestigious Castle Fine Art team at the Birmingham Mailbox Gallery.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, sales-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support our existing loyal client base, as well as proactively build and nurture new customer relationships in the luxury art market.

You will work closely with our team to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of Castle Fine Art.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the growth of our existing client base through excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the luxury art market.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of sales success in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for luxury art and a keen eye for detail.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
