Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Engineer to join our team at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces to ensure a high level of quality and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and general cleaning of all surfaces in guest rooms, including inspecting and maintaining equipment, cleaning and replacing light fixtures, and inspecting grout and caulking.
  • Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces in accordance with the property's room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
  • Follow and comply with RPM schedules and checklists to protect the heritage of the iconic building.
  • Individually complete rooms preventative maintenance (RPM, CARE, GCPM) process for guest rooms in an efficient and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
