Kitchen Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving healthy meals for our children.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and cooking meals according to the weekly menu plan.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Receiving and storing food deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Supporting the Nursery Manager with menu planning and budgeting.
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a kitchen or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.

Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per year.
