We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to oversee our Supported Living and Children's care services. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality care, this role is ideal for a dedicated professional who can make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive management of our care services, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to CQC and Ofsted standards.
  • Developing and implementing person-centred care and support plans that meet the individual needs of our diverse client group.
  • Fostering a supportive and positive environment for clients, families, and staff.
  • Direct day-to-day liaison with clients, family members, social workers, community mental health teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervising and mentoring staff to ensure a high level of competence and knowledge in providing care.

The successful candidate will have a senior management qualification in health and social care, extensive experience in a management role within a health and social care setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Senior management qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ, Diploma).
  • Extensive experience in a management role within a health and social care setting.
  • Demonstrated ability in care planning, risk assessments, and handling complex care needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building.

In return, we offer a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum), depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a driver's licence and vehicle required.
