The successful candidate will maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Maintenance Planning: Plan and schedule maintenance activities to prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical system problems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, Electrical certification) are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
