About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Negligence team as a key member of staff providing administrative support to the Head of Department and fee earners.

Key Duties
  • Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks
  • Produce high-quality correspondence and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Process and manage paperwork and files
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably within a law firm or Clinical Negligence department
  • An excellent understanding of clinical negligence case management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £24,500-£27,500 per annum, including 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 with service), a contributory pension scheme, and other benefits such as discounted parking. The role will be based in our office with the option to work from home occasionally.
