Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Person Centred Software Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through engagement with existing clients and prospecting new customers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of digital transformation in the care sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record in internal sales and successful sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads, book consultations, and follow up with care homes to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide timely updates to Business Development Managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 25 days holiday, a net zero pension scheme, monthly social events, and a cycle to work scheme.
