About Our Client
A leading commercial maintenance client in Lincolnshire is seeking a skilled multiskilled maintenance engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of clients and be proficient in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Job Description
As a multiskilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for handling repair and maintenance jobs across various areas. This includes:
  • Pre-planned maintenance and reactive repairs
  • Engaging in productive communication with clients
You will also be required to maintain equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures connected to mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Electrical competency - BS7671 18th Edition is essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing is preferred.
