{"h1": "Financial Reporting Specialist", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in the production of our monthly management accounts. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports, and in providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

* Post accurate month-end journals for the monthly management accounts
* Reconcile accruals and prepayments
* Review postings with relevant areas of the business to ensure accuracy
* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Report and analyze to aid in the review of management accounts
* Answer questions from both the business and wider finance teams

Requirements:

* Pursuing or interest in pursuing an accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
* Management accounting experience would be preferential
* Team player who can collaborate across Finance to ensure month-end deadlines are met
* Stakeholder management experience
* Experience in Netsuite, Planning analytics, BigQuery or other Financial/data systems desirable

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
