Personal Care Specialist

Avery Healthcare Group is currently looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and supporting residents with their daily needs.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. They will be expected to assist residents with their personal hygiene care, recognising and understanding clinical risk areas and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care across our network of over 100 homes. Our ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home.
The estimated salary for this position is around £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within the role.
Requirements- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (not required but desirable)

- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
