Business Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Developer to join our Remediation Centre of Excellence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing workflow and case management solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and MS Access. Your expertise in creating business solutions will enable users to complete their activities efficiently. You will also be accountable for conducting detailed As-Is and To-Be analysis, producing solution options, and designing new or optimised processes. Your role will involve maintaining the traceability of business requirements to the solution, communicating status and ownership to stakeholders, and testing solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop workflow and case management solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and MS Access
- Conduct detailed As-Is and To-Be analysis to produce solution options and design new or optimised processes
- Maintain the traceability of business requirements to the solution and communicate status and ownership to stakeholders
- Test solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience using Microsoft Power Applications and/or MS Access to deliver business solutions. You should also have an understanding of MS Power Suite, using VBA or SQL, and experience producing process maps, design documentation, and performing gap analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to think laterally, and a proactive, collaborative, and professional approach are essential. You should also be able to work with stakeholders at various levels, identifying, engaging, managing expectations, and communicating with confidence.
