Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Housing Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional safety advice and support to our Minor Works team.

  • Monitor and maintain safety-related registers and trackers.
  • Conduct regular audits and due diligence checks to ensure the safety performance of contractors.
  • Provide guidance on the requirements of the CDM health and safety file.
  • Collate and report monthly monitoring and performance data received from partners and external consultants.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,762, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 28 days' annual leave rising to 31 days plus bank holidays, agile working, an excellent pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
