Primary Teacher Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our school community in Braintree. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Foster children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth, supporting early literacy and numeracy.
  • Monitor and assess individual progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet each child's unique needs.
  • Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment to encourage curiosity and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and maintain open communication with parents regarding student development.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, as well as the ability to adapt to our school's values and vision.
