Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at i2i recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking on projects at various stages, from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration, and Project Management
  • Pre and post-contract duties, including contract administration and project management
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts and experience with private housing and Employers Agent experience
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and relevant Quantity Surveying Degree

Requirements:

  • PQS experience and knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties and Contract Administration
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and relevant Quantity Surveying Degree
