Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential Care

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people in the Ashford area.

The home is a small, beautiful facility that provides person-centered care to residents with dementia.

We are looking for a qualified Registered Manager with prior experience in CQC-registered homes or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take on the role.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Manage staff performance and provide coaching and training
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to deliver outstanding care
