About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality services to individuals with special needs. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering assessments and interventions to support children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and contributing to staff training and consultation. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those we support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech therapy, experience working with individuals with complex needs, and excellent communication skills. A BSc or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy is required, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 FTE, dependent on experience, plus a £3,000 Welcome Bonus. You will also receive a £2,000 training allowance to support your continuing education and career growth.
