Exciting Opportunity for a Parts Advisor

We are working with a prestigious dealer group in Basingstoke to find a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the dealership, you will be responsible for managing the parts department, ensuring seamless customer service, and contributing to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and distributing parts to the workshop
  • Provide exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Contribute to the development of the dealership's parts strategy and business growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an automotive parts environment, with a strong understanding of electronic parts catalogues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
