Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our team at Custom Intelligent Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and repair security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and emergency call-outs as scheduled, minimizing system downtime.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems, specifically CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
  • Familiarity with systems such as C-cure, Genetec, Gallagher, and Lenel is preferable but not essential.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Flexible to be on a call-out rota, with compensation of £400 per week on call and £100 per call-out.
