Hospital Maintenance Technician

This role involves supporting the maintenance team in ensuring the hospital estate is well-maintained, and opportunities to develop a career as a Hospital Engineer are available.
Working primarily at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, with regular travel to our sister hospital in Milton Keynes (Blakelands), you will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance tasks while learning to manage contractors, complex hospital plant, and PPM programs. This position offers a modern apprenticeship program for Hospital Engineers after six months of service, preparing you for a full Hospital Engineer role in the future.
The ideal candidate will have experience working under pressure, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to apply practical problem-solving techniques.
