Aberdeen Store Supervisor

Farmfoods Ltd is looking for an experienced Aberdeen Store Supervisor to manage our shop in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an important part of the management team and support the store manager in achieving sales targets.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the absence of the store manager.
• Lead the retail team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a safe, clean, and tidy shop environment.
• Manage operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
