Job Requirements

">

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our South of England team. As a Farm Mineral Sales Expert, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. You will be given a specific area and existing customers to work with.

Your key responsibilities will include:

">
  • Managing relationships with key decision-makers across the customer base">
  • Identifying and progressing new business opportunities while ensuring maximum sales penetration and market share">
  • Ensuring the delivery of business targets, adhering to agreed minimum order levels, as set by Senior Management">
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of the Tithebarn product proposition and associated processes">
  • Complying with all aspects of external compliance requirements">

Key Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • Experience and knowledge of livestock mineral and protein supplement product solutions and marketplace">
  • Strong communication and presentational skills, both in telephone and face-to-face situations">
  • Able to fact-find through strong listening and interpersonal skills, and provide appropriate product solutions">
  • Possess high levels of energy and drive in a home-based/one-to-one environment">
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail around record-keeping">
  • Competent in basic functional use of office technology, such as email, word, and excel">
  • Possess a clean driving license">

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
