As a successful Adviser, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining your own client relationships, maximising in-branch opportunities, and thriving within a challenging yet stimulating environment.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is £40,000 to £60,000+ per year, with on-target earnings of up to £60,000+. In addition to your basic salary, you can also earn a fully uncapped commission scheme. You will also receive a company car or £250 monthly car allowance, as well as a bespoke digital marketing package and dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development and progression.

Job Description
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser will include generating and maintaining your own client relationships, maximising in-branch opportunities, and thriving within a challenging yet stimulating environment. You will follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client. Additionally, you will generate your own leads and business and work in tandem with various teams to ensure an efficient process for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or an equivalent industry qualification. Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential. You will also need to have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a presence in front of a camera to appeal to and engage with your audience.

Working Hours
This role is full-time office-based, Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00, with alternate Saturdays 09:00-17:00. You will also receive a day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
