Aerospace Event Catering Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering operations, including food preparation, service, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage catering staff and ensure high-quality service to customers.
  • Develop and implement catering menus and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
