About the Role

Cardiff Council is seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our Cardiff Supported Living Team. This position involves providing support to individuals with a learning disability, focusing on promoting and maximizing independent living. The successful candidate will work as part of a progressive team, using creative approaches and evidence-based practices to achieve positive outcomes for adults and their families.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of adults, expecting our staff to share this commitment. The role requires collaboration and partnership working with colleagues across health, social care, and third-party organizations. You will receive regular supervision from a Grade 6 Senior Support Worker within your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with a learning disability
