Support Worker Opportunity:

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our support team in Radstock. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with 'Tom', a gentleman in his late 40's, with a learning disability, autism, and specific sensory needs, to provide a high-quality support service that enhances his daily life.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with Tom, ensuring his needs are met and respected.
  • Collaborate with Tom's support network to coordinate care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Participate in training and professional development to improve your skills and knowledge.
