To support the growing demand in our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic, we are seeking an experienced ENT Specialist to deliver high-quality out-patient care, covering all routine ENT conditions, including the management of children, in a community setting.
Key Duties- To work autonomously in a community setting, delivering the highest standard of out-patient care, covering all routine ENT conditions, including the management of children.
- To manage all aspects of the ENT service, in line with agreed aims and objectives, in partnership with the ENT Lead.
- To contribute to optimising the patient pathway and the efficiency of the ENT service, and to drive best practice in overall performance and finance.
- To actively seek ways of reducing outgoings by new ways of working and motivating all the staff to deliver maximum efficiency.
- Fully registered with GMC.
- Intercollegiate Speciality examination or overseas equivalent FRCS (ORL-HNS).
- Fully trained GPwSI in ENT.
