The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

Our Client provides comprehensive assessments for claimants of the Governments disability allowance. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Disability Assessment Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Disability Assessment Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and unbiased assessments of claimants' abilities and providing recommendations for support.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to gather information about each claimant's condition and functional abilities. You will then use this information to assess their eligibility for the Governments disability allowance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing (RGN, RMN or RNLD), occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or paramedicine.
  • Significant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a role involving assessment and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
