The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals, ensuring that they provide high-quality care and support to individuals in the community. This role requires a high level of leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly across a 7-day week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to individuals in the community.
  • Provide direct and indirect care to service users, supporting them to develop their skills and gain independence.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including care plans and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant Care Standards Regulations.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Care (Adult) or Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adult).
  • Proven management or supervisory experience in a social care environment, ideally in a community setting.
  • Ability to write and implement care/support plans and risk assessments.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and care compliance.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,282 per annum, plus benefits including 28 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, and life insurance via pension.
